| THE CITY OF YONKERS Yonkers is the largest city in Westchester County and the fourth largest city in New York State. It covers an area of 18.3 square miles with 4.5 mile of waterfront along the Hudson River. The population is approximately 200,000. There are 38 unique neighborhoods in Yonkers offering an eclectic mix of housing styles including turn-of-the-century Victorians and Colonials as well as more modern Ranches and Split Levels.
